The agents

Relay, the outreach agent

How Relay writes first emails, drafts follow-ups for your approval and calls leads to book meetings.

Relay starts every conversation. It writes a first email about the prospect's business, follows up when there is no reply, and for the best-fit leads it picks up the phone to book the meeting.

Email

Relay's first line is about them: the signal Scout found, what their company does, why now. It sends from your connected inbox, so replies come straight to you.

If there is no answer after three days, Relay drafts a follow-up, up to two in total. Each one waits in your Outbox for a quick review before it goes out, and the sequence stops as soon as the lead replies.

When a reply comes in, Relay reads it, tells you whether it's positive, and Brain drafts your response. Why follow-ups matter: How many follow-up emails should you send?

Calls

For your best-fit leads, Relay can call. It introduces itself, handles the common objections and books the meeting into your calendar. After every call it writes up what happened, what the prospect pushed back on, and the next step.

When a lead says yes

Relay gets the buyer to the table and hands the conversation to you. Once the deal closes, Keeper takes over the paperwork.
