How the agents work together
The path a lead takes from first signal to paid invoice, and where each agent hands off to the next.
The agents are built as one team, not four separate tools. Each one hands its work to the next, and Lens tells the others what to do more of.
The path of one lead
- Scout finds the company. It spots a signal, such as a new hire, a funding round or a change that suggests they need what you sell, and scores the company against your ideal customer.
- Relay starts the conversation. It writes a first email about their business, not a template, then drafts follow-ups for your approval until they reply. For the best-fit leads it can call to handle the objection and book the meeting.
- You take the meeting. The agents get the buyer to the table. The conversation that closes the deal is yours.
- Keeper closes the loop. When the deal closes, it sends the invoice, chases late payment and onboards the new customer.
- Lens reports back. Every Monday it tells you what moved and why, and tells the other agents which kinds of companies and messages are working.
Where Brain fits
Brain sits above the four agents. Ask it a question about your business and it answers from your inbox, pipeline and notes. Ask it to do something and it asks for your yes first, then splits the work between the right agents.
Why one team beats four tools
Separate tools for prospecting, email, invoicing and reporting mean four logins, four copies of your customer list, and nobody connecting what happened at the start to what happened at the end. When the same team handles the whole path, the report can say which signal led to which paid invoice, and the next search gets better because of it.
