Data and privacy
What Magnevo does with your data and your connected accounts, how to disconnect them, and how deletion works.

What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never share it with anyone for their own advertising.
- We never use data from your connected accounts to train any general-purpose AI model.
Connected accounts
When you connect an inbox or calendar, you sign in on that service's own screen. Magnevo never receives your password for it. We store only the access needed to do what you ask, use it only for actions you start or schedule, and you can disconnect at any time, which immediately stops new actions.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Access inside Magnevo is limited by role, and activity is logged and monitored.
Deleting your data
Close your account and we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer, such as billing records for tax.
