Keeper, the ops agent
What Keeper does after a deal closes, from the invoice to chasing late payments and onboarding the new customer.
Keeper closes the loop after the yes. Small teams lose money in the gap between "they said yes" and "they paid": invoices go out late, late payments go unchased, and new customers wait for a welcome that never comes. Keeper covers that gap.
What Keeper handles
- Invoices. It sends the invoice the minute a deal closes, while the customer is still keen.
- Late payments. It chases politely and on a schedule, so you don't have to write awkward reminders. See How to chase an unpaid invoice.
- Onboarding. It welcomes the new customer and walks them through the first steps, so nothing slips between deals.
- Your records. It keeps the customer's details up to date, so Lens can report on revenue, not just replies.
Why it matters
A deal isn't won until it's paid. Keeper makes sure the work Scout and Relay did turns into money in the bank, and it gives Lens the last piece of the picture: which signals led to paying customers.
